I have stayed two times at EDEN hotel. The previous staying was almost two months. Before this, I stayed at different hotels in Hanoi. The reason to move in EDEN hotel was its amenities. Across of this hotel, Vincom department is located. You can enjoy many different types of foods In Vincom department. Also you can buy commodities and fruits in a super market located in there.
All hotel employees are gentle and willing to help you whatever if you want. I recommend you to stay in this hotel if you want a convenient staying.

Booked the hotel for a 2 night stay as it was conveniently located next to the Vincom shopping mall . Rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious . Skip the breakfast though and head outside for a good bowl of pho !
Overall good value for money and would recommend for a stay away from the hustle of the old quarters though within close proximity . ( taxi rides ~ 40000vnd)

Friendly staff, nice clean beautiful rooms, bathrooms are a bit smaller but very nice. best value for money in hanoi..
Food verity could have been better..
Staff are very well behaved and arranges you any kind of food in your room ordering over phone...
